Available methods
Our store uses Shopify Payments. Supported credit or debit cards and Shop Pay may be offered at checkout. The exact options depend on your device, location and payment eligibility. Only methods shown at checkout are currently available; please do not send a separate bank transfer or payment outside that flow.
Review the total
Before paying, check your band, selected size and color, quantity and delivery address. Standard U.S. shipping is $8.95 per order. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout, and the order total is displayed before you confirm payment. We do not add hidden handling charges afterward.
Confirmation and payment problems
A successful order normally generates a confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. If a payment is interrupted, check whether an order confirmation or charge exists before trying again. Your bank can explain a declined card; contact us with the checkout email and any order number if you need help checking the order.
Payment details
Enter payment information only in checkout or the payment provider’s secure flow. Do not email card numbers, security codes, passwords or authentication codes. Our Privacy Policy explains the store’s handling of order information.
Changes and refunds
Request cancellation or changes within 12 hours of ordering, subject to processing progress. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Your provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post funds after the refund is submitted. See Cancellation & Order Changes and Returns & Refunds.
