The tracker opens 17TRACK in a new tab. Use your carrier tracking number, not your Shopify order number. External tracking services have their own privacy practices.
No tracking email yet?
Allow 1–3 business days for order preparation. Check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder. Tracking details are sent after dispatch when available, and carrier updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Delivery timing
Standard U.S. transit is estimated at 4–7 business days after dispatch. Including preparation, the usual estimate is 5–10 business days. Read our Shipping Policy for delivery costs and help with delays.
Need us to check?
Email contact@snapbandshop.com with your order number and tracking details. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery area and household members, then contact us within 48 hours.
